Cancellation Policy
Need to cancel or make changes to your order?
Please email us within 24 hours of placing your order. After this timeframe, your order may already be processing and we may be unable to make changes.
If successfully canceled within the window, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.

To start your return, simply email hello@fleune.com or use the form on our Contact Us page. Be sure to include your Order Number or the Name and Email Address used to place the order so we can process your request quickly.
Damaged Items
Each item is securely packed to arrive in perfect condition, but if your product arrives damaged, we’re here to help.
An item is considered damaged if the product itself is defective or physically broken. Minor shipping wear (like a dented box) does not count as damage if the product inside is fully functional.
Please report any damage within 72 hours of delivery by emailing hello@fleune.com with clear photos of the damage.
If eligible, we’ll send a replacement at no cost to you.
We do not offer refunds or replacements for damage caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, or neglect.
Shipping and Delivery
While we work with reliable carriers, Fleune is not responsible for shipping delays caused by couriers, customs, or other issues outside our control.
If your package is lost, stolen, or delayed, we recommend contacting the courier directly for the fastest resolution.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
If there’s a mistake, email us within 24 hours of placing your order.
If the address is incorrect and we aren’t notified in time, we cannot offer resends or refunds for undeliverable orders.
