At Fleune, we’re proud to offer FREE shipping on every order—no minimums, no hidden fees.


Order Processing Times

We process and pack all orders with care.
Please allow 1–3 business days for us to prepare and dispatch your order after it’s placed. During busy periods or holidays, processing may take up to 7 business days.

Once your order is handed off to the shipping carrier, it’s officially on its way!


Estimated Delivery Times

Shipping times depend on your location. Once dispatched, here’s when you can expect your order to arrive:

  • 🇺🇸 United States: 8–15 business days

  • 🇨🇦 Canada: 8–15 business days

  • 🇬🇧 United Kingdom: 7–10 business days

  • 🌎 Rest of World: 10–21 business days

Please note: customs, local holidays, or courier delays may occasionally affect these timelines.


Address Accuracy & Order Changes

Please double-check your shipping info at checkout.
Incomplete or incorrect addresses can lead to delays or cancellations. If we detect an issue with your address, we’ll contact you by email within 3 business days.

Need to make a change?
Email hello@fleune.com within 24 hours of placing your order—we’ll do our best to help.
After that window, the order may already be processing and we can't guarantee changes.


Delayed Deliveries

We do everything we can to get your Fleune order to you as quickly as possible.
However, some factors like weather, customs, or courier issues are outside of our control and may cause delays.

If something comes up with your shipment, we’ll keep you informed and work with our partners to help resolve the situation.


Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package goes missing or is marked delivered but not received, don’t worry—we’re here to help.

Please:

  1. Contact the courier first and file a claim.

  2. Then email us at hello@fleune.com so we can support you in the process.

Although Fleune is not liable for lost or stolen packages, we’ll do everything we can to assist. In some cases, we may offer a replacement, depending on the situation.
